5.0 (9 Google reviews)Premium silk laminated business cards. 16PT stock. Luxurious soft-touch finish.
Who should choose silk laminated business cards over matte or UV?
Choose Silk Lamination if you want a card with an added matte laminate layer that gives a soft, smooth, scuff-resistant surface. It keeps a low-sheen look like the Matte Finish version but adds that extra layer, and unlike matte it can be ordered from just 25 cards in the 3.5×2 size.
Common questions
What does silk lamination actually feel like?
Silk is a matte, silk-feel lamination applied over the card. The extra layer gives a soft, smooth surface that resists scuffing, so it feels noticeably different from a plain matte finish. It has a low sheen rather than the reflective shine of the UV High Gloss version.
Is silk lamination worth choosing over the plain matte finish?
Choose Silk Lamination over Matte Finish if your cards will be handled often or carried in wallets and pockets, and you want a scuff-resistant surface. If a plain non-glossy card is enough, Matte Finish fits. If you want bright, reflective color instead, go with UV High Gloss.
Can I laminate just the front of a silk business card?
Yes. Choose Matte Lamination PG 1 Only to laminate the front only, or Matte Lamination 2 Sided to cover both sides. Pair that with your print choice of single sided or double sided. Round corners can be set to NO or YES, and the card size is 3.5×2.
What quantities are available for silk laminated cards?
Silk Lamination cards are available from 25 to 25,000. You can start with a short run of 25 to check the feel before a larger order, a lower starting point than the Matte Finish version's 100-card minimum. The UV High Gloss version shares the same 25 to 25,000 range.
