Terms of Service

By placing an order with 360 Print Studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. Service Description

360 Print Studio provides premium commercial printing and fulfillment services to customers throughout North America. All products are printed to order on professional-grade stock. We do not maintain retail inventory.

2. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of order. All transactions are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Prices are displayed in US dollars unless otherwise noted. We do not store your payment card information on our servers.

3. Artwork & File Requirements

You are solely responsible for the quality, accuracy, and legality of all artwork and files you submit. We print files as received. We are not responsible for low-resolution images, spelling errors, incorrect colors, or design issues present in your submitted files. Files must meet the specifications listed on each product page. We recommend submitting press-ready PDF files at 300 DPI with bleed as specified.

4. Production & Turnaround

Production begins only after your order is paid and artwork is approved (if a proof is requested). Standard turnaround is 3–4 business days from production start, plus shipping transit time. Rush options may be available at additional cost. Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Refunds & Reprints

If we make a production error — a defect caused by our printing process — we will reprint or refund your order at no cost. We do not issue refunds for errors in customer-supplied artwork, color variations within acceptable print tolerances, or orders where the customer approved a proof. 6. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business opportunities, arising from delays, errors, or defects in printed materials.

7. Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own or have the right to use all images, logos, and content in your files, and that the content does not infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, or other rights. You grant 360 Print Studio a limited license to reproduce your files solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario. If you are a consumer in the United States, applicable consumer protection laws in your state may also apply.
