360 Print Studio is a commercial printer serving customers across North America. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to 360printstudio.com and our partner portal.
Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you place an order or contact us:
- Name, email address, phone number
- Shipping and billing address
- Artwork files you upload for printing
- Order history and any messages you send us
Payment information is never stored on our servers. Card details go directly to Stripe, our payment processor. We receive only a confirmation and the last four digits.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site:
- IP address, browser type, device and operating system
- Pages viewed, products configured, and items added to your cart
- Cookies and similar technologies — see “Cookies and Advertising” below
- If you arrive from an ad, the click identifier attached to that link (for example Google’s gclid), so we can tell which advertising actually works
Your Artwork
Files you upload are used solely to produce your order. We share them with our production partners only as required to print and ship the job. We never use your artwork for marketing, never share it with advertising platforms, and never sell it. Files are stored securely and retained so you can reorder; email us to have them deleted sooner.
How We Use Your Information
- To process, produce, and ship your orders

- To provide customer support and handle returns or reprints
- To measure and improve our website and our advertising
- To send marketing emails, where you have consented
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations
Cookies and Advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies in three categories. You control the last two at any time through .
- Strictly necessary — your cart, checkout, sign-in, and fraud prevention. These cannot be switched off; the site does not work without them.
- Analytics — how the site is used, so we can improve it.
- Advertising — measuring our ads and showing relevant ones.
What we share with advertising platforms. Where you have consented, we share a limited set of data with Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and Microsoft (Bing) so they can tell us which ads led to a purchase:
- Your email address, phone number, name, and city/state/postal code — encrypted using one-way SHA-256 hashing before it leaves our systems, so the platform can only match it against data it already holds and cannot read it
- The ad click identifier from your visit
- Your order number and the order value
We never share what you printed. No artwork, no filenames, no order contents, no design details — nothing that could reveal who your customers are or what your business is doing.
On “selling” your information. We do not sell your personal information for money, and we never will. However, under California and several other US state privacy laws, sharing identifiers with advertising platforms for cross-context behavioural advertising is itself defined as a “sale” or “share.” We would rather say so plainly than rely on a technicality — and you can opt out at any time using the link above, with no effect on your ability to order.
We honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal. If your browser sends it, we treat that as an opt-out automatically and you do not need to do anything else.
Email Communications
With your consent, we may send you marketing emails about our products and promotions. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and you can also manage preferences at any time. Order confirmations, proofs, and shipping notices are transactional — you receive those because you placed an order, not as marketing.
Who Else We Share With
- Production partners — to print and ship your order
- Stripe — payment processing
- Shipping carriers — delivery and tracking
- Service providers — email delivery, file storage, and website hosting, all bound to use your data only for the service they provide us
- Legal authorities — where required by law
Where Your Information Is Stored
We operate across North America, and our service providers may store or process your information in Canada or the United States. Information stored in another country may be accessible to the courts and authorities of that country under its laws.
Your Rights
Wherever you live, you may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop using it for marketing. Depending on where you live you may also have specific rights:
- Canada (PIPEDA) — access and correction, and the right to withdraw consent at any time.
- Quebec (Law 25) — the above, plus data portability and the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing.
- California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut and other US states — the right to know, delete, and correct, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising. We will never discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
To make a request, email hello@360printstudio.com. We respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
How Long We Keep Your Information
Order records are kept for seven years to meet tax and accounting requirements. Artwork files are kept so you can reorder. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Advertising and analytics identifiers expire within 90 days.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to This Policy
We will update the date at the top when this policy changes. If a change materially affects how we use your information, we will tell you before it takes effect.
