What is a presentation folder used for?
A presentation folder is a 14PT 9×12 pocket folder used to hand a client or prospect a complete, branded packet — proposals, listing packets, media kits, and sponsor materials. 360 Print Studio prints them with two pockets and an optional business-card slit, and unlike our flat-sheet products, folders hold their per-piece value at any quantity — a 100-folder run for a single pitch is priced as fairly as a large order.
Common questions
What size are presentation folders?
9×12 with a 4-inch pocket, sized to hold a standard 8.5×11 sheet without the paper showing above the pocket edge. A 9×14.5 size is also available for oversized inserts.
How many pockets do presentation folders have?
Two pockets as the standard configuration — one inside each cover — or an inside-right-pocket-only layout if the left side is reserved for a bound insert.
Can I add a business card slit?
Yes — right side, left side, both sides, or none. The slit holds a business card in place inside the pocket so it does not slide out or get separated from the packet.
Do presentation folders cost more at small quantities?
No more than usual for the category — folders are ordered from 100 up, and because most buyers need a specific small batch for one pitch, proposal, or event rather than a mass mailing, the pricing is built to work at any quantity, not just in volume.
Single-sided or double-sided printing?
Both are available. Double-sided (4/4) lets the inside of the folder carry a design or message as well as the cover.
