Who should order matte greeting cards without envelopes?

This version suits buyers who want a low-sheen matte finish on 14PT card and already have envelopes, plan to hand-deliver, or will tuck cards into packages. You get scored, folded cards in 8.5×5.5 or 8.5×11 flat sizes with no envelopes included, and orders start at just 10 pieces.

Common questions

How does a matte greeting card look and feel compared to a glossy one?

The matte coating gives the 14PT card a smooth, low-sheen surface that doesn't reflect light the way the UV High Gloss version does. Colors read softer and more muted, giving an understated look that works well for text-heavy designs, muted palettes and photos where glare would be distracting.

When does skipping the envelope make more sense than the Matte / With Envelope version?

Choose no envelope when cards go into gift bags, product boxes or shopping bags, are handed out in person, or will be mailed in envelopes you already have. If every card needs its own matching envelope, the Matte / With Envelope version is the better fit; the card itself is the same.

Should I print my matte cards on one side or both sides?

Printed 1 Side (4/0) puts full color on one side of the flat sheet, which becomes the front and back covers once folded, leaving the inside unprinted. Printed 2 Sides (4/4) adds full color to the inside panels too, so choose 4/4 if you want a printed message or artwork inside.

What's the smallest order for matte greeting cards without envelopes?

This version starts at 10 cards and runs up to 100,000, so it handles a small batch for a single event as well as large retail or corporate runs. The 10-piece minimum is lower than the 25-piece starting point of the UV High Gloss versions.
